We are looking for a part-time(work from home) Sales All Rounder to join our close-knit team. The successful applicant will need to learn quickly, have a strong work ethic, and be able to work independently and as a member of a team.

We have been in the food equipment industry for over 5 years and have an established reputation and loyal customer base. We pride ourselves on our service, level of knowledge and customer care. While experience in a similar role is an advantage, we welcome any applicant that can demonstrate a great work ethic and attitude.

The Role :

As we carry a vast range of products, customer enquiries do touch on a diverse range of product categories and types, therefore it would be beneficial if you had some food equipment  background. Candidates with prior experience in this industry will be given priority.

You may be asked to start off in sales with administration so you are familiar with systems and processes. From there, once you successfully gain the necessary experience, you will then progress to the customer service role for hands-on experience.

Your day-to-day will involve :

  • Assisting customers with sales. This includes recommending certain. products, producing quotes for customers and converting sales.
  • Taking phone calls and generating sales from online enquiries.
  • Answering customer enquiries on various platforms (Ebay, Social Media etc).
  • Providing ongoing support and problem solving for customers.
  • Working closely with suppliers, purchasing, phone sales, accounts and advertising departments.
  • Building relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Assisting other departments of the business where required.

The successful applicant should be able to display the following :

  • Know-how and experience in food equipment  and related products.
  • Experience in a similar customer service/sales position desired but not necessarily required.
  • Excellent communication skills in particular phone skills.
  • A strong, self-driven work ethic.
  • The ability to learn very quickly.
  • The capability to build valuable relationships with customers.
  • Reliable internet and work from home set up.

Salary :

  • This is a Part-time Monday to Friday position, 20 hours per week.
  • Starting salary package is industry standard wages , plus 10 % Super.
