    • By using cafe appliances website and social media pages, you accept these terms and conditions. This Agreement is between you and cafeappliances.com.au. We may change these terms at any time without prior notice and by continuing to use our website you agree to be bound by the changes.

 

  • Registration and User Requirements
    • You must be a registered member to purchase our products online and access some features of our website. In order to register, you will provide us with personal information which includes your name, address, contact number and a valid email address. You must ensure this information is accurate. 
    • By using our website you allow us to send you promotional communications to the email address you provide.
    • To register with us and to use our website you must be at least 18 years old, have a current Australian residential address and have the capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement with us.

    • Information related to products on our website is correct as to the best of our knowledge and are subject to change without notice. We take no responsibility for any error in listings, specifications, prices. We reserve the right to change specifications, prices or any other contents at any time without prior notice. 
    • Due to screen resolutions and photography, some products may differ in the real world.
    • The unauthorized reproduction of any material from our website is strictly not allowed without prior permission.

 

  • Placing Orders
    • You are responsible for all orders placed online on your account, including any errors in the order caused by you.
    • The price of goods on our website is excluding GST and delivery cost.
    • We reserve all rights to reject your order, in circumstances like credit card fraud, or where we later become unable to ship your order, or if there has been an error in the price or product description on our website.
    • In the event that we cancel or are unable to fulfil your order, we will provide a full refund of any payment received.

 

  • Price, Payment and Use of Discount/Coupon Codes
    • The prices of goods, delivery and other charges shown are in Australian dollars.
    • All payments must be received in full prior to dispatch of goods, if your payment is not received we reserve all rights not to hold items for your order.
    • While we offer Free Delivery to most locations in Australia, we reserve the right to quote extra charges to locations that require high transport costs like some Regional locations and Tasmania. In the situation the buyer would not like to pay additional costs, we will refund full paid amount and reject their order

 

  • Supply and Delivery of Goods
    • We only supply  goods to you once your order is fully paid. We only use a third party transport company and we are not responsible for any transit damages. We normally deliver your order within three to four business days in metro areas and seven to ten working days in regional areas. We will try our best to meet the advised timeframes for delivery. however, we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes will be met.

 

  • Goods Out of Stock
    • We reserve all rights to notify you that goods have become unavailable for your placed order. You may receive a full refund or credit in the event we cannot fulfil your order.
    • If you agreed to keep the credit with us, you have to use that credit within 12 months. You can use that credit partially or fully within the given time frame. Any unused portion of your credit shall not be credited to you after 12 months are over.

 

  • Change of Mind Returns
    • We will not refund for goods or exchange goods for any errors you made in your order or change of mind. We may refund solely case by case. We reserve all rights to charge up to a 30% restocking fee for the return items.
    • In case of return of goods, we will only accept the goods if goods return is requested within seven days of your order. Goods must be in original packaging and not used and must not be damaged in any way.
    • We will provide you with a refund or credit only when we receive the returned product. You are responsible for the payment of return freight on your order.

 

  • Defective Goods & Warranty Claims
    • Goods come with warranties that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement for or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
    • Our products come with supplier and manufacturer warranty, should you have any defects in products within the warranty period, you have to contact the supplier or manufacturer directly to arrange repair of the product. We are not responsible for the operational defects of products under any circumstances.
