Refund policy

All return authorization requests must be made within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

To request authorization to return item(s), contact us on 1300 1800 99 or simply email us at sales@cafeappliances.com.au

Authorized returns must be received in unused condition (suitable for resale) and item(s) must be in original packaging.

Refunds will be credited within 15 working days after we receive the returned item(s).

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Customer must arrange for return shipping to nominated address advised by our customer service team.

Used items cannot be returned. There are NO exceptions. 

All returns due to purchase error on the part of the customer will be additionally charged a minimum 20% Restocking Fee, to be deducted from the refund amount.
