  • Cafe Appliances offers Australia wide delivery service for any online, over the phone or via email purchases. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours after the receipt of full payment. 
  • Free Shipping : We currently offer Free shipping on most of the online purchases, to our valued customers. However, in cases of delivery costs being high for large/bulky appliances OR delivery to regional areas, parts of high delivery cost locations like in Tasmania, Western Australia etc we offer a 'FAIR SHARE' on freight to our valued customers and reserve the right to contact you for sharing of freight charges. Under FAIR SHARE we pick up part of the freight and request our customers to share part of the costs as well. You have the right to accept the revised charges or request a full refund on your purchase. Please note that while we endeavour to offer free shipping its beyond our control since the actual freight is calculated based on size, quantity, location and charges quoted by the freight companies.
  • Residential Address deliveries may require additional surcharges as charged by the Freight Companies and the manufacturer's warehouses for residential addresses. We will contact the buyer and request the additional payment as required. The customer will be given option for refund and order cancellation if they would like to cancel the order.

  • "The shipping cost only includes standard delivery which will be delivered at street level or kerbside only unless notified & arranged prior arrangement for premium delivery. Our premium delivery includes goods to be delivered inside premises with all unpacking of items & place item at the nominated position. For any large & heavy equipment likes refrigerator, Ovens, dishwasher we always recommend you to use our premium service to avoid any damages consequences. Company can ask the customers for extra freight if the freight cost is high. Please contact us for premium shipping cost."
  • If your delivery is required to go in a lift, upstairs or there is a special requirement involved and cafe appliances are not notified in advance prior to the delivery date, the delivery may be refused by the transport company and you will be required to pay a fee to have the goods redelivered.
