With 5 shelves, each capable of holding 2x1/1GN trays/pans. The heavy-duty door is self-closing to aid efficiency and help the unit withstand up to 38°C ambient temperatures while keeping contents fresh. Made from stainless steel, this commercial freezer features fan-forced ventilated cooling and an automated defrosting system that keeps it frost-free.
