Made from high-quality stainless steel with a self-closing door and fan-forced ventilated cooling, this unit is designed to maintain efficient temperature control. The castor wheels ensure easy manoeuvrability, and the lockable door helps contents remain secure during closing hours. Offering 650L of storage, the five adjustable shelves have room for 2xGN1/1 trays or pans per shelf.
