Unlike a standard fryer, the Apuro's induction coil provides an even heat around the fryer's tank which serves to reduce oil scolding. This helps to extend the lifespan of your oil and minimise waste.
Whether you're frying fish, chips, doughnuts or chicken, the Apuro Induction Fryer offers an impressive output and a generous 8Ltr capacity tank that keeps up with demand - all whilst using less energy than traditional deep fryers, as a standard plug is required to power this up.
