Maximum storage in the smallest spaces - this Polar U-Series dual temperature counter fridge freezer has a compact design with two spacious drawers that can each hold up to three full size 1/1 gastronorm pans. The temperature of each drawer can be controlled independently too, enabling you to store chilled and frozen ingredients in the same unit.
This versatility is perfect for commercial kitchens where space is limited. Temperatures between -20°C and 17°C can be set and monitored easily with the touch of a button, while the unit itself is made from robust stainless steel. Not only is it sturdy enough to be used as a base for other catering appliances, it is also quick and simple to clean so can double up as an additional work surface for food prep. Positioning and moving it is also effortless thanks to four lockable castor wheels. Please note - the maximum ambient temperature of this counter fridge freezer is 32°C.
