An additional 305mm manually controlled griddle plate also allows you to shallow fry large quantities of food while cooking in the oven and on the open burners, helping you meet demand during busy periods in your business. Crafted from premium stainless steel, these ranges are incredibly long-lasting and easy-to-clean, making them perfect for use in any professional catering environment.
